Hi,
I bought new usha fan in your ullaharam branch in a couple of weeks before. Due to low air flow, i requested team to exchange new fan and also i asked will pay extra amount as well. But the people lethargic process taken more than 3 weeks, the product was not replaced anywhere and that new fan also they were taken. Really i wondering bad consumer approach from vasanth&co team.
