Vasanth & Co — Vasanth & Co Product Complaint

Hi there. I bought a grinder and mixie blender from Vasant & Co a couple years ago, but surprisingly, it didn't even last its run. I've bought from the brand at least 3 times over the last 10 years and I've had several issues with the product. The product overheats and doesn't grind or work shortly after. The mixie also had the same problem - the blades stopped working after a while and it also overheats quickly. I am abroad - not in India - and I bought the items trusting the brand name. But unfortunately, none of the products last as long as they should. It's really disappointing since I can't easily return or repair the product here- i have to travel back to India for that. I would like some form of compensation for the issues - this is really not okay. I also messaged you through your website couple weeks ago but I have yet to receive a response.
