I ordered a whirlpool single door refrigerator on Dec 29 2022 and the product was delivered with dent, we requested replacement and replacement reached very late and it was more dented than the older one, they took the other fridge and left this unpacked in our house saying we will get replacement the next day. But when we call both Vasanth and Co and whirlpool for proper replacement they are saying it will take 10 working days along with no proper response, are we supposed to be without fridge for as long as they wish? We paid full amount for the product in the showroom. This is completely unacceptable, worst experience in Vasanth and Co and whirlpool, this is consuming a lot of our time and involves our depression too.
