[Resolved] Vasanth & Co — Wrong product model delivered

I have ordered penasonic AC 1.5 ton 4 star inverter model CU-KU18WKYXF on New Year 2021. Received Product today(2nd Jan). But they delivered wrong product model 1.5 ton 3 - star(CU- KU18WKYTF) and bill copy printed with correct model code. I asked shop sales person, they trying to convince me. I need the same model which I ordered.( I have the bill copy and communicated over phone recordings as the proof). Please help me to get right product model. +2 photos Was this information helpful?
