VCITI — Northern Dreams - 77 - Vciti not accepting cancellation and refusing to pay 13 lakh refund

We booked the villa plot in December 2022, paid 3 lakhs advance in December and 8.6 lakhs towards plot by 20th January 2023. They mentioned agreement would happen in next month. They didn't complete the agreement until end of September 2023. We paid additional 2.4 Lakhs in September for agreement. In total we've given 13 Lakhs to them (deducting 1 lakh paid back by them in March for construction advance). I faced layoff notice in October and conveyed them that we can't go ahead with the project and raised cancellation request on 20th November. Since then we are asking for refund amount and they've been denying the refund and telling that they don't have money for refund. They're asking us resell the property which we don't even own. We're facing tough times at our end and vciti has made our lives miserable. No body should go through this. Vciti POCs Bhaskar, Vijay Anand, and CEO Jai Baid are in loop and no one is helping.
