Rude and subjective behavior of staff

Vishal barpeta Road just loose a customer
Today I went for puja shopping at vishal but at cloak room counter they will not kèep my helmet n told this is policy but already 2 helmets were kept there. Why so subjective behavior. I requested again but denied straight way. I have to leave without shopping.

Poor maintenance & misbehavior from store managers

I have visited to vishal mega mart bidar today. After shopping i went to vishal mega mart parking, i found miss place of byk then i found my petrol tank is empty. Then i asked security he told he will not aware of that, then we tried to complaint at store, but nobody in ready to register complaint from us. Managers stated miss behaving with me.
I thought it is good to post on social media to showcase your miss behavior and poor maintance.br...

Bad treatment to customer by employee

At the VISHAL MEGA Mart, Eldorado, Jail Road, Shillong, at about 6:45 PM, at the exit, where complimentary gifts are handed out, I saw one customer being badly treated, when he was asking for money in lieu of the free 2 Kg Sugar. If this kind of treatment to customer continues, VISHAL will loose regular visitors and well wishers. The sales persons at VISHAL may be imparted behavioural training....

Return damaged t shirt

I bought a collar t shirt of about 199 rs today on 7 Oct from Vishal mega Mart bhagwan talkies agra but after returning home I found it that it's damaged in the arm. I want to return it but I lost the bill in the way returning home. Now what should I do. I want to return or exchange it by the new one....

Hot and sufocated environment inside the bulandshahr store

I have visited Vishal mega mart bulandshahr UP store today .. envoirement inside the store was horrible they even do not run any AC inside the store . I have asked to the store person to on the AC they refused to do that.. i do not understand the cheap mentality of this big store. every time the situation remain the same where as the near by store V mart have the good and cool environment in the store .. from today onwards i decided to shop...

Amount deducted but no refund

I visited vishal mega store, rohini sector 11, delhi on 29th september, 2021

I bought an item, but due to lack of cash they told me to pay by scanning the qr code, my amount of rs. 499 at 9:41 pm was deduted, , , but in their system they said it is not received and i will receive the refund in 24 hours ..

Its been 5 days now, i have not received the refund ..

Please resolve...

Store environment was very suffocated

Store environment is really bad it was so hot not able to shop anything . Such a big store only 1 Ac is working rest all are off not able to try clothes or buy anything everyone were so upset because of the hot temperature inside the store. Really bad condition. Visited 4-5 times and the same issue was there everytime....

Suffocated environment

The condition is very bad due to tha ac, inside temperature was so hot, noticed 3-4 times in the. Temp was so bad not able to check clothes in trail room because of the temp. The store is so big and only 1-2 ac are working rest all are off and store environment is really bad not able to shop. It was not expected such a big name of vishal because is the store issues company image will degrade and not only me many people were suffocated they...

Ac not running continuous daily

About payment refund

I had paid 1597 rupees in Vishal mega Mart store Malerkotla for clothes purchase on 1 October 2021 through Google pay . They said they didn't received payment while money was deducted from my account and Google pay shows that the payment was received. The cashier gave me slip and said your money will refund in 24 hours but I didn't recieved yet. please help .I have presented transaction I'd and slip photo for the proof ....
