I have been using this device since its release and after 1.5 years around September 2022, a Green line and a purple line appeared, My phone was covered under warranty so i contacted the local Authorized vivo service centre and they had replaced my Display, As the device condition is good as new, no scratches/water damage/physical damage.
Then After 5 months o[censored]sing the device The Green and Purple Lines Came back, I Contacted the vivo service centre where i repaired it, They said there is nothing can be done now even though my device was still under warranty, They Said that screen can be replaced once only,
My device has no scratches/physical damage/water damage, It only appeared after a software patch update,
Now the service centre is charging 9500rs For display even though the reason behind the problem is software update from vivo mobile,
I Request vivo mobile To look into this matter and do the needful.
