I brought Vivo X70 Pro at the time of Pre-Booking on October 2021. On March 2023 after a software update pushed by Vivo, there was a Green Line on the display (at that time i didn't realized that it was due to software update) for which I had to pay 10500 and no proper reason for such problem was provided.
Now, there was a same update pushed by Vivo which I installed on 26.10.2023 which caused the same problem, this time as of now the green line is coming and going on it's own. I am sure even this time no proper reason for such issue will be provided by Vivo.
The problem is due to Software Update and Vivo should take full responsibility for it (just like Oneplus did).
I have bring my Complaint in front of this forum seeking for your help to please take proper action and help me out in this matter. Was this information helpful? |
