This is awful that my beautiful investment in Vivo X60 Pro on 1st April 2021 has gone wrong. My Trust and infact Trust of most Vivo Customers are in dilemma. Flagship Models having Amoled Screens are facing the similar issues on daily basis. The software is not optimised according to hardware and they ride on it using OTP updates. Probably the particular lot of models produced during[protected] are facing the similar issues rampantly. The Vivo X60 Pro owned by me Rs. 49990/- has gone into turmoil with ugly pink line on 28 Aug 2023. I have visited Vivo Service Centre, but the part is not available. What is the guarantee that even after replacement the screen will not get the same issue. Should I urge for complete refund or wait for the promised resolution once the parts arrived as promised in coming 3-4 days. It is quite disgusting and mentally harassing for any customer who invests for atleast 4-5 years.
The condition of the phone is as new as it was when purchased. By the time the line is single pink. Please expedite remediation so that we customers are not mentally harassed.
