Unethical Download charges

I am a Vodafone postpaid user.I switched to Vodafone postpaid three months back. During the first month ie. Applying Dowload charges every month even though data pack is active

unnecessary detection of 99 rupees

My balance of rupees 99 has been deducted 2 times on 19.01.2015 and on 27.01.2015. I talked to Custmer Care, they assured me of refund of deducted balance within 24 hhours but till now nothing has been sort out. I asked them for comlain/reference no but i didn't get any said no....

Vodafone deducted 99 Rs talktime balance without any reason.

detect balance

I have about ₹160 . company detect ₹99. when I call to coistomer care they told me to back my dectecting money within 24 hours but I not received .next day again I call first they pick up and cut the call, they again told me same but I have not money till now...

Rs.99 charged two times without my consent.

I have been charged Rs.99 two times (today - 28/01/2015) within a day for god knows what website. I talked with customer care and they replied that I have been charged for some download but the point is I have not downloaded any such thing to pay for. vodafone number activation problem

My number had been ported from postpaid to prepaid. Firstly, it took one week to change to prepaid during which my number was deactivated for 2 days without any explanatiion and after the process my number had been deactivated thrice now even after submitting to the company all the required documentation. Fake 3G service plans and no coverage

Hi Team, I am not sure if this is the right platform to raise this issue. However, Vodafone is still fooling people in INDIA. I am from Bangalore and use their 3G plan. Note: Vodafone does not have 3G services in India but they borrow it from Airtel (As far as I know).
