Recently i saw a charge on my Vodafone account [protected] for 49Rs for a mgossip pack which i did not authorize, so i called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactive this service as i did not activate this service. However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge nor can they deactivate the service....

I cannot recharge my no. [protected] with any amount since 1 week. Every time I recharge I get an error saying " sorry, your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try after some time". I have recharge my mobile 10 times through varies mean (i.e. Freecharge, Axis Bank, E-charge from shop) but everytime its getting failed.
Please fix it as soon as possible.
