I have purchased the Polo 1.6L bearing MH46 P 8311 from the Volkswagen Showroom at Nerul, Navi Mumbai in june, 2012. WIthin 2 months, A/C in the car was not cooling down. Since then we have taken the car two times to VW authorised workshop with the AC cooling was the major complaint. Every time, workshop technicians used to do some temporary fixing which used to be working for few months then again it is the same. Everytime the workshop had taken note of the problem in their record and used to give some or the other excuses and replacement of parts to give a temporary solutions. Even though we bought the new car, i always felt as if i am driving old car as the car never used to get cool on running.
Last week, again the Volkswagen workshop called for AC survey and picked our car on 4th April 2016. since then we are given with various versions of response from the workshop regarding the problem. First they said it is cooling coil which is not working, then they said some expandable valve etc etc.
In total, i am really dejected with performance and service of the car. I am literally harassed and cheated by Volkswagen of selling a defective car. on top of that the workshop started demanding replacement and repair charges which is totally unfair as the issue was inherent with the car from the day we bought.
We therefore would like to lodge our grievance for sufferings we have gone through in the last 4 years and hope we get the justice for our sufferings and make VW liable for the selling defective car and compensate us properly
