[Resolved] Volkswagen India — battery failure in 1 year and 9 days

I purchased my volkswagen polo last year from ahmedabad dealer and now my battery is not working and they are asking me to buy a new battery. Poor parts and quality by volkswagen india. In a year i faced many problems. My car regn no is GJ01RX9907. Every company is providing a 3 year battery warranty. And in india volkswagen is just providing a year warranty that is not satisfactory. I read it on their international website that they provide 3 year warranty and comapny is saying 1year. So please resolve my problems
