Dear sir,
Our car wolkwagon vento no. Is mh12 ju5997 has been given for servicing in the month of june. After servicing we understood that our blue tooth in the car is not working which was working previously. To fix this problem the company removed the system from car and told us that they have sent it to chennai to solve the issue. But after continuous follow up the company only responding that we are still in the process to solve the issue. The october has already started and if i dont get my issue resolved in this week then i will file a suite in consumer court. I have kept my patience till date. Kindly look into this immediately otherwise i may raise this issue on social media as well.
