Sub:regarding the brand new car tyre burst when riding along a smooth fine road.
Regarding the brand new car tyre burst when riding along a smooth fine road.-the tyre has been sent to the dealer, but after keeping it for nearly 10 days, the executives of the dealer returned to me without doing anything.
-request for replacing the tyre.
The real car owner is my son, v. Kalyanasundaram. The car is purchased only for the movements of my wife who is affected by multiple diseases and not for any gaiety movement. It is purchased on 10th of december., 2018.
The name of the car is "vento" from volkeswagen dealer in trichirapalli.

The car was purchased in the month of december, 2018. When i was riding a car along a fine smooth road, the tubeless tyre of the car left front wheel has become burst. The burst wheel has been sent to the dealer in the next day after the happening. Now the burst car wheel has been replaced by stepney only. The car was covered with full insurance also, though not yet registered due to badly need of money.
In the mean time, i will have to go to chennai for having treatment for my wife for which i purchased the car.
How can i go to chennai without a stepney (Spare wheel). The car is remaining idle.
I requested the service manager of the company and also the executive (Representative). They are telling the happening is just an incident, not an accident.
In addition, the company executive told the tyre has been damaged just above the middle side of the tyre - - not on the bottom, the part of the tyre which touch rolling along the road. They are arguing that the damage is due to external impact, which is not true. For argument sake and to deny my proposal, they are talking unnecessarily, which upset me me largely.
My opinion:
I wonder what kind of argument is this. Whatever kind - the tyre is punctured or become damaged. It was happened when going along the road. That's all.
The executives of the company also tell that it is an incident. They differentiate between 'incident and accident '
According to my opinion, accident is unforseen and unexpected'. Like that burst or any damage of the tyre is also unforseen and unexpected.
Even for looting, arson, civil commotion, if any loss occurs, there's a claim for insurance, though it is wantonly done by somebody.
I am taking another example.
To save a life, the car is met with an accident.in this case, what is going on?
As for my views concerned, the executives are dodging or evading from their service to the customer as far as possible.
The company executives are making unnecessary arguments. But, in the warranty book also, it is written the manufacturer offers warranty. The company will assist you. But, nothing done so far.
My case is very simple. It's only a tyre. Not a huge expensive part. Why can't they make arrangements by themselves and why are they evading? Don't they know stepney is essential for a car?
When i am writing this, one thing comes to my mind. Somebody told the company has been penalised 100crores for fraudulently made arrangements for not ejecting smoke. So, i can come to a conclusion the company has no gentlemanship. So, from top to bottom they are not good. Don't mistake me. If the ramani's volkswagen is not in a position to rectify my problem, what could i say. What will come to my mind normally
If it is a good company, why couldn't they for.
Now, the representative tells me to register the car first and then claim. This message, i have not directly received from the dealer (Service manager). Only after making good my badly need of money, i can register. How could i wait till that time i register the vehicle?
I have more time to register the car. Within soon, it seems they are compelling to register. How can i without money?
This is stepny. The dealer and the representative refused to understand the problems.
But, purchasing a car, they were telling a lot positively and much favourably.
So, i politely request the consumer forum to make arrangements to get a new car tyre.
Otherwise, please ask them to take back the car without any loss to me. Being their bounden duty to rectify the problem, they are denying their responsibility. Then why should i have a car of that company.
Sir, again i put forth how it is possible to go riding this car without the main accessary suppose, if another tyre gets punctured, what can i do?
For about 10 days, the car remains halt. The company doesn't understand the practical problem or difficulty.
So, it is very kind of you to look after my obligation.
Note: this is a much worrying affair. I can't sleep even with peace of mind. All the time this affair obsessing my mind not to attend any other work.
