[Resolved] Volkswagen India — cheated while using zero dept insurance | |||
Dear sir /madam, I purchased polo comfertline 2015model on jan2016, uk04u9349 in the name of my wife khushboo karnatak and volkeswagan person and bajaj allianz told me i can used zero dept twice a year. While going for second time claim they kept my car for 15days in workshop and this year while renewing my policy i came to know that my nav got zero. Asked to bajaj allianz and volkeswagan they said claim was adjested in new policy without my knowledge!!! N i hv to pay higher premium for renewal of policy. No one took responsibility. They accepted there fault by it was my loss and i raised it in social media via facebook and changed the cheater bajaj allianz. Please look into matter seriously.
