I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unfair practices and poor service I have experienced with [ M/S lifetech India Pvt. Ltd.], located in Delhi NCR East.
Details of the Issue:
1. Refund Discrepancy:
• As per my prior discussions with the service provider, I was entitled to receive a refund of ₹1, 530.
• However, ₹500 was justifiably deducted for a FASTag.
• The service provider is also charging an additional ₹400 for HRSP number plate printing, which was supposed to be included without extra charges, leaving me with only ₹631 as a refund.
2. RC Processing Delay:
• My vehicle’s RC has not been processed yet, and it is not showing up on the M-Parivahan app.
• This delay could lead to legal issues such as challans or penalties, for which I hold the showroom fully responsible.
Relief Sought:
• Immediate refund of the full ₹1, 030 without any unjust deductions.
• Waiver of the ₹400 extra charge for HRSP number plate printing.
• Expedited processing of my RC, ensuring that my vehicle is registered on the M-Parivahan app without further delay.
I kindly request the Consumer Forum to take appropriate action to resolve this matter at the earliest. The service provider’s actions have caused me financial loss and undue inconvenience, and I seek justice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
