Volkswagen India — Highline MT 1.0 turbo clutch/PAD failure

I am owner of VW Highline MT 1.0 . I bought this car in jan 2023. From wakad BU bhandari showroom pune.

I have very bad experience due to clutch pad failure of this car. Within one and half year twice car clutch worn out.

1st time car was broke down after 15000 km running. Car was stopped in the middle of road suddenly. It so horrible and very risky. During this 1st service adviser told me that the clutch pad assembly worn out due to half clutch driving. And they charged me 37000 which is very large amount for me.I totally disagree with his statement. I drive cars since 10 years. But this type of issued observed first time.

Due to need of car I paid that time.

After 6-7 month again car was broke down durring running condition. Which is very bad.
Again service adviser of kolhapur showroom told me same reason. Also he told me clutch is very sensative which bulsheet statement by this adviser.

I have some questions kindly request you please give correct and satisfactory answers.

1. Half clutch driving is the main reason for this issue??
2. VW clutch is very sensative?
3. In traffic without clutch and brake use can we drive car?
4. Within one and half year clutch assembly failure. What is the working life of this assembly. Only[protected] km?
5. My car toeing early morning 6 am inside kolhapur VW showroom. Brokedown car inspection process will be done by service team after near about 40 hrs... This is service deserves by VW? This is treatment of VW?

I never receive my car from showroom untill and unless my problem not resolved. And this time I never paid replacement of assembly.

Hope so VW team will give importance of this complaint.
