Volkswagen India — Hissing noise from AC of a new ( purchased in Dec2023) Taigun 1.0 Highline model

I am Dr. Kumudha from Bangalore.. I purchased VW Taigun highline model in Dec 2023. From the delivered time onwards, I am getting a hissing noise and some other noise from AC which is quite disturbing while driving. I seriously feel that there is a problem in AC and in spite of repeated requests and chat, people ( dealers /service) are not responding properly. This is the first time we bought a VW ( owned various models/brands for the past 20 years) and we feel why we bought this VW vehicle.

Is it a known issue ? as I could see some reviews stating the same issue by new owners.

We bought this vehicle from PPS motors, Nagawara branch, Bengaluru.

We need a resolution for this asap.
