[Resolved] Volkswagen India — part unavailability and too much time taken for service because of single service station

Car given in mrng arnd 11a. M and is not recieved till 6:30p. M too much time because of work load as 3 cities are taken to singke station, it is advisable to open another service station to reduce the problem causing to the customer.
Moreover a simple part related to seat belt is not available again for which custmr have to come and waste entire day
