Still no resolution in sight. Volkswagen customer care has been very rude and trying to bully us into replacing parts at full cost with no explanation at all to how the damage happened after service. They’ve been claiming they’ve informed us about the issue, but there’s no mention of it in the service invoice or any emails informing us of the matter. They’ve spent their time arguing with us and insisting we’re wrong about the matter, despite evidence to the contrary, instead of providing any service. Will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from VW if this is what a long term customer is treated like. Absolutely dismal.

They’ve been trying to fool us into thinking clutch hard and fan motor equates to a malfunctioning throttle and engine wiring, as someone not knowledgeable in car parts, I can still tell it isn’t the same thing, They’ve spent their time arguing with us and insisting we’re wrong about the matter, despite evidence to the contrary, instead of providing any resolution. Will not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from VW Secunderabad if this is what a long term customer is treated like. Absolutely dismal.
