[Resolved] Volkswagen India — starting problem of vento wb06n3575 within one year

I have purchased the above vento on 4.11.2016 in kolkata. During registration gathered that it was manufactured in march 2016. My car was called back for system upgradation after which mileage came down from 16 to 10 and engine sound increased. On 23.10.2017 suddently the car developed starting problem and immediately informed to dealer. On 28.10.16 again same problem cropped up and after pushing from back side the car started. The car was taken to service center and last three days are over no information about rectification of the problem. As it is within guarantee period i want replacement of the car. Regards. Updated by Dr.Anupam Kumar Since last three days tried to talk to Mrs Archana Gowalia Head Cr dept but in vain. Yesterday in her place spoke to Mrs Swagata Sengupta who told she will visit the service center and report. Till now no report is submitted to me. Today also i tried to speak to Mrs Archana whose mobile is saying no incoming facility. Regards
