I own a vw vento car for the last 4 years and have been servicing my car at the pune b u bhandari service center. Recently i had my car towed to this service center and i have several issues with the kind of service provided. Its shocking to see such unprofessional behavior from an authorized service center.
1. My car was towed to the service center between 5pm to 6pm but there was no indication from the service center even after receiving the car that evening. Neither was there any intimation the next day till 12 noon. After several calls i got to know that the car has been received by them and is safe.
2. The estimate given kept increasing by 10, 000 each day with some issue or the other. They did not analyse the vehicle completely before giving an estimate. The total bill was 50, 000.
3. This is the most important point and a repeat offence. Since the car was towed, we were unable to empty the car and all our belongings were left in the car. To my surprise, my 2 very expensive sunglasses and my company's rfid were missing from the car when delivered. After following up with that and escalating my making many calls, only 1 sunglasses were returned and the other 2 things are stolen or lost and nobody has a clue about what happened to it. The manager assured he will take action but i havent heard back from him even after 4 days.
4. The fuel was also stolen or the car used. 1/4 tank was emptied when the car was returned. This happened second time, last time the car was completely empty before returning and the range shown was 0. I had to then find a petrol pump and fill petrol immediately.
Such behavior from a professional company is uncalled for and i will really think twice before buying a vw car in the future. Was this information helpful? |
