Hi,
my washing machine inlet pipe had some problem and hence raised a complaint with whirlpool service center by calling[protected]. They raised complaint Rf121888. They informed it will be closed in 24hours. Evening 2 guys came and dismantled the machine and left telling inlet valve and pipe has to be replaced and they will come in the evening again. They came next day and replaced items and gave me a hand written bill of 2800(inlet pipe set and value) + 450 (labour charge). I trusted them and paid. It after they left i checked online for the price of the items they replaced. It is much less, coming around 1000 rupees only. The bill is issued by Global Service center, 103, 3rd Main, JP nagar post, Minhaj nagar, Bangalore.Then i called the number given in the bill Ashfaq([protected]) who told the guy who came to my house is not his technician and he has not issued the bill.He asked me to tell the technician to refund the amount. I called them again and tried conferencing them, but it didn't work. Technician([protected]) informed me he will speak to ashfaq and call me back. Now both of them are not picking. I called Whirlpool service call center[protected] again to inform this, they said they cannot do anything as they trust the service centers. When i enquired about the service center (Global service center who issued bill), customer care executive told it is not authorized whirlpool service center. If they are not authorized why did whirlpool call center forwarded my request to some one who is not authorized to take the request.

Even I faced the same problem with the service center[protected]‎. They are refusing to issue the bill. Please don't contact such service centers.It would be good if such service centers stop functioning.
They are cheating like anything very worst. Took money and did provide bill and didnt proper service.

Its almost a month still didnt get the refund its full fraud i dont know what is the further processing
Am cheated by this service center... very worst and poor ... Don't call this customer support[protected].. more than 1months problem not yet resolved.. They are not providing the refund money..he took my old PC board and They changed new PC board... New PC board was around 5600.. with service charge I have paid 5900.. and then he took electric kit and motor... but refix the everything but still it's not working... if we ask for older PC board he is not ready to give.. his bill is hand written..He didn't have original bill copy from where he bought new PC board... Plz guys stop calling this number[protected].. cheating guys...

    A complaint was registered at whirlpool customer care on 24/10/2016 vide complaint no. DL[protected] as there was beep followed by flickering of lights and there was no cooling in the refrigerator. The technician visited and advised for the following for which he charged Rs.5710/-:

    1. Replacement of Stabilizer costing Rs.1900/-
    2. Replacement of Sensor costing Rs.1650/-
    3. Gas filling costing Rs.1650/-
    4. Visit charges Rs.510/-

    But the same problem reoccurred for which complaint no. DL[protected] was lodged on 04/11/2016, DL[protected] on 07/11/2016. The different technicians visited . But original problem reoccurred.

    Another complaint no. DL[protected] was registered on 15/12/2016. The technician visited and replaced Bimetal costing Rs.1750/- along with visit charges of Rs.510/-. Total amount paid by me Rs.2210/-. As cost of Bimetal charged from me was Rs.1750/- against the company price of Rs.1000/-. A complaint was lodged for overcharging and the service centre refunded Rs.750/-.

    The same problem reoccurred almost after every 10-15 days for which complaint was lodged on 31/12/2016-DL [protected], complaint no. DL[protected] lodged on 09/01/2017, DL[protected] dated 24/01/2017, DL[protected] on 07/02/2017. Then the complaint was referred to national level complaint centre of whirlpool . The matter was followed by Mr. Daljeet Chopra for approx. 3 weeks during which 3-4 technicians visited. But no solution. The complaint was referred to Mr. Avinash Sindhi as Mr. Daljeet left the company. Mr. Avinash too deputed 3-4 technicians . But no one could identify/rectify the problem. Even yesterday technician Mr. Amit Sharma visited .But he too could not help to rectify the problem.

    From the above, it transpires that a professional company like Whirlpool has no competent Engineer who could identify/rectify the problem .

    It also implies and it is very much clear that the parts changed/ gas filled by the company for which I have been charged Rs.7220/- .

    Please arrange to refund Rs.7220/- charged from me for the parts which otherwise should had not replaced due to the fact that original problem has not been resolved.

        Purchased last year on 21-Feb16 at Chennai dealer (Vasanth & Co.), the oven started getting shutdown after every 30 seconds.
        We complained on 15th and technician checked after couple days and told us that magnet or something is gone and will be replaced.
        Till date not repaired even after so many follow ups.
        The complaint details are:

        Whirlpool closed this complaint internally with remarks that customer is unwilling to get it repaired.

        Local person keeps reverting that they have intimated factory.

          I bought this whirlpool air conditioner online for which I called customer care for the installtion. The customer care sent two people, one named Arif (Phn# [protected]) who installed the air conditioner wrong which all messed up making noise and water leaking into my room.

          I have tried calling them multiple times for getting this fixed but no response and also they took money from me for installations and other material even when my installation was meant to be free.

          I need to get this fixed or will file another complaint to the police for forgery against the technician.

          I had called customer care to raise a complaint and had not received any complaint number for this. This has not been resolved I had to get this done from a local service dealer with personal payments

              I have purchased a semi automatic washing machine of whirlpool from value plus. Siliguri.

              Since i have purchased from day one my clothes are getting torn off. Elastic is getting lose. And clothes are getting worn out.

              Due to agitator in the machine this problem is arising.

              Inspite of my various complains to dealer as well as company no favourable response has come. Kindly replace it urgently.

              The Worst part the Company doesn't Trust it's Consumers...then how can they expect Consumers to have trust on Company and its products. Worst experience. Every technician from company is washing there hands. Since they very well know it's a defective piece provided to me. Also a set of three non stick pans was the offer which was suppose to be recieved with my machine. Till date none of things have arrived. Just the defective washing machine has come. Kindly take it urgently since my wife is having health issues due to washing clothes by hand. Replace it urgently.

                I am raising this complaint on behalf of my Uncle Valerian Saldanha with registered Phone No:[protected]. Valerian has all his home appliances including ACs, Fridge and washing machine from whirlpool and he is been loyal customer for very long. He lodged complaint for washing machine on 25th Feb and each time he or me tried calling the customer care they will put us on hold and call gets disconnected after 2 mins automatically. After many attempts we were able to raise complaint on Sunday i.e 26th Feb 2017. Engineer came home on Monday (27th Feb)and he said he require one more help to check the problem. Next day he came in and said that there was problem in water motor and gave us the complaint no as BG[protected] and till today no news of any parts or engineer. This is very annoying as we have been using whirlpool for paste few years and this is the kind of service that is provided to loyal customers. Having no washing machine for so long is a disaster in the house as people who live are sick and can not do any manual work.

                  The Company has a false registration at sulekha.com. It duped me. I called up the centre & asked the executive to repair my washing machine. They came promptly & repaired the issue and charged Rs.4000/-. The problem again occurred & when I tried to contact them again, they straight away denied saying that they dont repair the things. When I tried to reach them at the office address mentioned in the bill, there was no office as such, rather there was no plot number, as was mentioned in the bill. Now they have stopped responding to my call.

                  The Company is a total fraud..!!!

                      On 25 Feb 2017 I bought the item from Bajaj Electronics in Hyderabad and I saw many scratches on its body. I told the shop for that. Having scratches on a brand new product is not at all desirable to us. We still did not even use it.
                      We were forced to buy it as the shop did not show us any alternatives to it like Stainwash 7.2 kg, Stainwash 6.5 kg red, Stainwash 6.5 kg Grey. It has only showed us Stainwash 6.5 kg Graphite and we were told there is not 7.2 kg, no other colors.
                      We always wanted to buy Stainwash 7.2 kg. But we were not told about it.Kindly replace it soon.

                        We are using whirpool washing maching since 7 years but in this 7 years i have change all parts mostly.
                        The control pannel board getting damage offen.

                        Your local agency asked Rs 4000 for replace the board.

                        Why like this happen offen and what is the real price ?

                          I want to give complaint against the quality of Whirlpool washing machine and the service that they are providing. I purchased this washing machine 6 years ago and it has gone for repair 7 times!! They charge Rs.458 as a visiting charge and if any part has to be replaced, it is charged extra. Also, they give only 30 days period as a warranty for this service charge and if we face any problem after 30 days, they again charge Rs.458. Lat month I registered my complaint twice within a span of 2 days and the executive visited and did something and problem got resolved. Now, just after 32 days, it has broken down. They are again asking for Rs.458 as service charge.I am not sure whether the quality of this product is so poor that it breaks down more than once in a year, or the quality of the resolution the company's service executives provide. I am fed up of this washing machine.

                              Dear sir,
                              We had purchased fully automatic 7.2 kg 360 deg bloomwash whirlpool brand washing machine on 12th october 2013. On 12th july 2016 the machine shows ss1 error during the spinning. So i had booked the complain in customer care. The customer care representative said this machine is not in warranty so you have to paid the visit charge & repairing expense. I had confirm to pay & on 15th july 2016 the technician came & he told that this is sensor error, the sensor must replace to resolve this problem. So i had told him to change the sensor & paid the visit charge & repairing charge also as per attached receipt. After 2 month the same error will come & the machine is not worked. So i had call to customer care. They told me that you have to pay the visit charge to the technician. I told him that for what? I had already pay the visit charge to the technician. If any other problem occure than i will definitely pay but where the question is for the same error i had told him that i am not pay for the same. The representative said that if you don't pay then i can't book your complain. So i had said o. K. Then i had called the technician who had repaired my machine. He told me that right now i am not available in the city when i will come i will call you. But after long wait he had not come & when i called him he had also told that you have to pay the visit charge. Here i want to know one thing from the whirlpool india that after repairing if the same problem arise then who is responsible for that? The technician who repaired the machine or the customer who make the blind trust on the company. Kindly resolve this problem immediately or replace me the machine. The invoice & repairing charge receipt is enclosed here with.

                              Hi Sir/Madam
                              We had purchased fully automatic 7.2 kg 360 deg bloomwash whirlpool brand washing machine on September 2014.I am getting an error code SS1. I have called the customer care continuously for 3 days. Everytime I call the customer service centre they say the technician will call you within 2 hours and update his visit time.. I called nearly 8 times and sometimes they keep the call on hold for 10 min and disconnect the call.
                              After 3 days the technician comes and says your gear box needs to be replaced. Without checking anything and it will coat you nearly Rs.6000
                              But when I check online it shows it jaan sensor error.. So which one is true... Please assist me by addressing the issue..

                              This SS1 problem has occurred in my whirlpool 7.2kg 360 bloomwash washing machine. I bought this machine in 2014.

                              This SS1 error had come in Jan, 2017. Rs 1950 was charged and resolved by the authorized dealer referred by whirlpool customer care.

                              This problem had occurred again in 2018. Called whirlpool customer care again. Same authorized dealer sent his service engineer. Rs 2697 were charged, problem got resolved.

                              After 3 years, same SS1 error, same authorized dealer was referred to by whirlpool customer care. Rs 5722 quoted this time.

                              Same error, everytime different diagnosis, different correction of the error, different charges.

                              Service engineer didn't open or even check the washing machine. He started it on and off and diagnosed changing of gear box required.

                              Is there any authenticity? Without even opening the machine, he diagnosed the problem. Why didn't he diagnose it over phone only if he had to diagnose like that only?

                              How can we trust? They say anything and we pay anything. Is there any system to validate this diagnosis?

                              Serial number INFISI300412 whirlpool 360 degree top load fully automatic bloomwash washing machine was purchased in 2014.

                              SS1 error occurred in Jan 2017, then Feb 2018 and now May' 2021.

                              Everytime same error SS1 and same authorized dealer yet different diagnosis, different solution and different charges.

                              This time service engineer didn't even open the machine, just turned it off and on and diagnosed the problem to be in the gear box and gave the estimate for replacement as Rs 5722.

                              It doesn't seem to be authentic and genuine.

                              If whirlpool refers to an authorized dealer then whirlpool must confirm the integrity and honesty of the dealer too.

                              We go for authorized dealer only for genuineness and validation given by whirlpool. We could get our product corrected by any other vendor but we prefer the one authorized by whirlpool.

                              Please ensure the righteousness and correctness of the diagnosis and solution by the authorized dealer.

                                My Refrigerator was not working, So i made a complain to WhirlPool Service center, They have assigned the ticket to " MISSION PERFECTION", Shanthi Nagar. His name is "SYED( [protected] )" He came and told that some of the parts went bad and he replaced, he charged Rs 3, 100/- for that. This happend on 17/01/2017. In Less than a month i am seeing the problem again and he gave warranty card of 1 year and he is not responding now even after several calls.

                                Disappointed with whirlpool service.

                                    My Whirlpool refrigerator which is just 23 months old had cooling fault and hence we logged service complaint to Authorized Service Centre M/s Perfect Cooling Systems, Puducherry on 25 Jan 2017. They visited on 25 Jan 2017 and changed the timer bimetal fuse and charged Rs.1900/- . Still the problem continued. Again on call they visited on 26 Jan 2017 and changed the stabilizer for Rs.3500/-. Still the problem continued. Again on call they visited on 31 Jan 2017 and changed the GNF Cooling coil with gas charging for Rs.3, 500/-. Still the problem continues. We are calling them on daily basis and amature Service personnel visits daily and could not fix the problem. Today is 13 Feb 2017 and even after of 20 days of fault they could not fix the problem after charging us Rs.8, 900/- so far. What is the remedy. For their amature service we have lost Rs.8900/- and who will justify this? What is the final remedy for this?

                                        As there was no cooling in the refrigerator, i registered a complaint with customer care vide complaint no. Dl[protected] on 24/10/2016. The technician from the authorized service centre visited and informed that :
                                        1. The stabilizer is faulty and require immediate replacement. (Cost rs.1900/-)
                                        2. Gas is choked and requires refilling. (Cost rs.1650/-)
                                        3. Sensor faulty and requires replacement. (Cost rs.1650/-)
                                        He advised to deposit the above cost along with visit fee of rs.510/- and guaranteed that the refrigerator will start smooth working after above job work. I deposited rs. 5710/- in advance and technicians did the repair/replacement work and refrigerator resumed working.
                                        The same problem reoccurred on 04/11/2016 and complaint no. Dl[protected] on 04/11/2016 and again complaint no. Dl[protected] on 07/11/2016 was registered. The technician visited and made repairs and refrigerator started working.
                                        However the same problem of no cooling of refrigerator again occurred and i again lodged the complaint on 15/12/2016 vide complaint no. Dl[protected]. The technician visited on 17/12/2016 and informed that bimetal with thermofuse costing rs.1750/- requires replacement and charged rs.2260/- (Rs.1750/- plus visit charges rs.510/-). And the refrigerator started functioning.
                                        However the same problem reoccurred on 31/12/2016 and i again registered a complaint vide complaint no. Dl[protected]. The technician visited and did job work telling that he has changed bimetal and refirgerator started working.
                                        The same problem of no cooling reoccurred on 09/01/2017 - complaint no. Dl[protected] and again on 24/01/2017- complaint no. Dl[protected] was lodged. The technician visited and did job work.
                                        The same problem has again come on 07/02/2017 - complaint no. Dl[protected]. The technician visited on 07/02/2017 and informed that sensor and bimetal already changed are not of whirlpool company and has now replaced bimetal with thermofuse of whirlpool company. But again has changed sensor of any local company. He was asked why he is not fixing whirlpool company, s sensor. He informed whatever the part has been given to him by the service centre, he has replaced.

                                        So see the situation. We are suffering for the last 4 months because the service centre is not fixing whirlpool company, s spare parts and is charging the cost of whirlpool company, s spare parts cost. He is fixing local parts due to which the problem is reoccurring.
                                        Another disgusting matter came to our knowledge. The service centre charged from me rs.1750/- as cost of bimetal as against the cost of said part which is rs.1000/- as the sticker with cost of rs.1000/- was left by the technician due to oversight and the same is with me.

                                        As sensor now replaced on 07/02/2017 is local and not of whirlpool, the problem in the refrigerator is again expected in the next coming days.

                                        Please take note of my complaint and either rectify the problem or return me the amount charged from me from time to time.
