I bought my washing machine for my parents with a tight hand and kept faith in the company like whirlpool. I don't know but in 4 months, something happened and it stopped working.

Nobody, No single person responding. I called Service center, Local agents, Sellet everyone. I am in small town and have to travel each day 30 km. They are not responding on calls as well. Its been 40 days and my mom is struggling.

my washing machine inlet pipe had some problem and hence raised a complaint with whirlpool service center by calling[protected]. They raised complaint Rf121888. They informed it will be closed in 24hours. Evening 2 guys came and dismantled the machine and left telling inlet valve and pipe has to be replaced and they will come in the evening again. Purchased last year on 21-Feb16 at Chennai dealer (Vasanth & Co.), the oven started getting shutdown after every 30 seconds.
We complained on 15th and technician checked after couple days and told us that magnet or something is gone and will be replaced.
Till date not repaired even after so many follow ups.

I have purchased a semi automatic washing machine of whirlpool from value plus. Siliguri.

Since i have purchased from day one my clothes are getting torn off. Elastic is getting lose. And clothes are getting worn out.

Due to agitator in the machine this problem is arising.

I want to give complaint against the quality of Whirlpool washing machine and the service that they are providing. I purchased this washing machine 6 years ago and it has gone for repair 7 times!! They charge Rs.458 as a visiting charge and if any part has to be replaced, it is charged extra.
