Bad 😕 It seems that Zivame has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
Marie Meili Halter Neck Beach Dress product was not availble and the website wasn't updated during order.
ORDER#[protected], during posting the order, they didnt send the above dress and said, the money would be added as coupons, which didnt happen, till now, i havent recéived the amount of RS 750 which i had already paid via credit card.
These people are cheating and are not responding....
I ordered(#[protected] a small gift for a friend and the order was not dispatched for more than 4 days and the order still showed "Processing". I had to send 2 mails(which were never replied) and 3 calls to the customer care(a callback was never received from a senior executive).
Finally after 8 days the order was delivered to my friend WITHOUT the gift...
