[Resolved] Zoom Car — Arbitrary car damage charges

Rs 4000 additional charged on Zoomcar booking JPS6THTS7 alleging damage to the car. Zoomcar refuses to substantiate the steep charges with repair bills incurred, but insists that their 'experts' know it costs Rs 4000.

I believe Zoomcar is not incurring any cost on the car at all, but has simply added an arbitrary charge to my bill, with no scope of recourse

None of the zoom customer care numbers is working if you want to talk to zoom car executive nearly impossible, none of their Delhi number or bangloor office number is working, if some want to talk nearly impossible.

Almost similar and other problems I have too faced. I am filling a legal complaint against Zoom car.
