Zoom car is looting the money from the customer in the form excess km charges. They have lot of policies designed to give surprise shock to the customer after they finish the trip. If a new user comes they don't explain about their policies and hidden information in the long page document. Excess km charges should be noted well ahead before the customer start the trip.

Updated by Kumarp123 You are not able to reach zoom car customer support. Once the trip is completed. They will give you hidden charges and ask to pay more money. Instead you can book car in travels with driver, with less money then zoom car
