I have booked zoom car from my friend account, and we booked i20 blue colour for 24th september 2017 in coimbatore and we returned it on same date. By returning back the service provider guy asked 1000 rupees for minor damage charges. And we asked him the proper reason he was unable to reply. And fuel is also not filled while giving the car. On the way we put 1000 rupees fuel. So we paid totaly 6000 rupees for 380 km with unnecessary damage charge. So i am totally disappointed with ur service provider guy... He dint give a proper reason and his communication was totally rude and bad. So 2nd time i am experiencing this.
