Booking id (Jps6bpi53) i write this email regarding the damage of the car that i've rented on 4/6/2019. I write this to inform you that i have already paid the due amount of ₹11, 263/- and it was clear. All of a sudden, i receive a mail yesterday stating ₹1, 49, 999/- amount to be paid. It was not clear for what are we charged and shows that it's an inconvenience fee. I'm sorry to inform that we have got enough proofs to show you that it was not our mistake. We took the car on 4th june and it's been nearly 1month, how can you people say after 1 month??? How can you people be careless? You should have said the amount when the damage has happened, now it is unfair to pay the amount after 1month in spite of already paying money earlier. I would like you to please check the issue and inform me as this has to be sorted out asap. If you guys fail to sort this issue in that's the case we are going to take legal action against you. It's not the first time it has happened, as per our survey it has happened with many people and you people have been cheating like us to make money. As per your terms and conditions, the maximum damage amount is 10, 000 only. The car we have taken is included with the insurance so what is the reason of damage fee and innocence fee
