[Resolved]  Zoom Car — profile verification

I book a ride of 4 hr 80 kms and at the end i hav driven only 62 kms within the time frame but zoom car overcharged an excess km fee of 1692 ruppes . Please resolve this asap

Am waiting for my profile verification and I have booked ride but still its not completed. When I try to cancel the trip it says only half of amount will be refunded. How ridiculous is this, verification completion is not in our hand and how come can you charge for the issues o[censored]rs.

I have booked the car and paid money in advance; later i have uploaded my documents and profile is still showing pending. I have not used the car and i am clueless on what is the status.

I have raised customer care requests but of no use. Thinking to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.
