[Resolved] Zoom Car — refund complaint - cancelled in march 2020

My booking number jps6nkklw, refund 10404 pending from march 2020, no response from zoom car for long time, not able to reach customer service agent through mail or call. Almost everywhere unlock of lockdown executed but they can offer new schemes but cannot pay back refund. Very poor strategy and customer response.
