[Resolved]  Zoom Car — Refund Not received for more than 3 months

I had cancelled my zoomcar booking with ID #JPS66F8NB on 19th of April 2020. It was a booking for a Mahindra Thar from Delhi location for a period of 20 days.
I have a refund amount pending of 21728 INR. Zoomcar is promising me through their facebook page/messenger/voice calls that my refund will be processed in 2 weeks since May. However, they have not credited the amount yet.
Please assist.
