I booked zoom car on 11th may (Booking id: jps6n1uu7) and 19th may (Booking id: jps6nwmx). Due to some reason i cancelled two bookings. As mentioned in their terms and conditions, they have to return my refund in 10 to 15 days. But 70 days gone, i didn't get my refund. Initially i reached the customer care but now they disabled the option. Through facebook i checked with them and they are telling the same message "as soon as possible" for past one month. But till now i didn't get the refund. Kindly get my refund asap.
