I had booked endeavour for our trip between 19-23 jun in feb but due to covid pandemic i cancelled my time well before by 8 may 2020. Now the refund of 17, 710₹ is pending from zoom car and now it’s been 2 months since.
If they have even small amount they call us many time but my huge amount is pending for refund. I had complaint for it many times but still no processing.
They are not even picking up my calls and not answering mails i sent.
Please let me know how to counter them legally and ask for compensation.
