Hello, consumer forum.
I had done the following 8 bookings on zoomcar. Booking date: between 13 feb 2020 to 15 feb 2020. I was assured in february that i will be refunded back the whole booking money if i cancel my booking 24 hours before the start of my booking. Disputed booking details are as mentioned below.
Booking id - JPS6NWB16 canceled 23Mar 2020.
Sir, i booked a car for a vacation. But due to the ongoing covid situation, i had to cancel these bookings. It's been 4 months since i am chasing zoomcar care begging (I am really begging for my own hard-earned money) for my money but they are giving an excuse that the payment gateway is down and they are not able to refund the money and they are giving me this excuse. Now they stopped taking my calls also. And in the booking it says refund processed. But they say its stuck with payment gateway.
It would be really great of you if you can help me with getting my refunds. I have even written to the company multiple times but no reply. Attached is the screenshot. No one is having the courtesy to come and give me a resolution and i am feeling cheated and i have already called customer care more than 50 times.
