[Resolved]  Zoomcar — No refund of money,cancellation done from zoomcar's end

Address: 145/3/A Baruipara Lane, Anjanisut Apartment , 3rd Floor,Flat-303

It has been more than 3 months that zoomcar cancelled the car we booked as they mentioned that the car had a brokedown instead of helping us out they have been mentally torturing us for 3 months now, their cancellation policy says refund will be there in 30 days it has been more than 90 days.
We did prior booking of 11, 826 and they haven't refunded the money thought if consumer forum can help before sending in a legal notice.

No this is a waste of time complaining here what does the govt does no idea, rather send them a legal notice sue both consumer forum and zoomcar

Zoom car knows the tactics actually, People will not go to lawyer who ask for money to send notices.
This is why they are still doing there business instead there so many backlogs of Refunds.
I have booked a zoom car on 23rd November 2021 because of car clutch plate has not worked customer care executive told like plz leave the car at same place we will refund your money within 30 days of working but still I didn't get any refund plz check with the same and resolve the problem as soon as possible booking ID JPS691A5B
I have booked a zoom car on 23rd december 2022 for a trip starting from 25 December 2022. All of a sudden we got a notification on 24 December 2022 that the car host has cancelled the booking.
