I have booked a car from Zoomcar for 22nd May 2020 under their 100% cashback offer booking id JPS6NO9YN (In which we can cancel the book with no charge condition is there) of rs 8247.
Due to the covid-19 pandemic, I have canceled my booking on 2nd April 2020 and asked for a refund. First, of all, they don't have any proper number for the after booking or cancel booking related issues. So I have emailed them regarding a refund. They said because the system down they will give a refund within 15 days. But I am not getting my refund yet. I have email so many times but not getting any response from their end.
I have checked and found there are many customers who have the same issue. Zoomcar doesn't want to give any refund to its customers. Was this information helpful? |
