[Resolved]  Zoomcar — Not refunded my Money after cancelling the trip

Address: 301 bhiva Peri Chaya kharegaon kalwa

I have booked a car in Zoomcar App on 8th october 2020 but due to emergency i had to cancel that trip. Zoom car has deducted its charges and still not refunded my amount of 3800.
Please help me here.
