[Resolved] Zoomcar — Pending refund and non response to legal notice

I have cancelled my booking on 29 July, 2020. The pending amount stands at 8437 rupees. After multiple follow ups on calls, social media till date I have still not recieved the refund amount. During these months, I paid an additional 1000 rupees as legal charges to a legal firm and have sent a legal notice to the company but they have never responded on the legal notice neither they have refunded the money.

The company has refunded the full amount however did not pay the expense of sending the legal notice neither responded to it
