[Resolved] Zoomcar — Pending refund for more than 60 days

Zoomcar hasn't refunded me money worth 3273 rupees from two cancelled bookings for more than 60 days, even though their policy says max 30 days.
They don't have any channel to register complaints, so I had to message them on twitter. There they keep saying it will be refunded but so far, no luck.
