Hi,
I have booked Zoomcar services on 8th Mar 20 for 1 day.
Since then I'm waiting for refund of Rs.2309/-
I cannot reach customer support as I don't have existing booking(which is ridiculous as IVR disconnects if no current booking).
I have been on emails with Zoomcar for 2 months with no outcome.
All they do is ask me 24-48 hrs and bank details and the cycle goes on.
More than 40+ mails have been sent till date.
Please help
