I had booked a zoomcar for a 7-day period in 1st May paying 21, 174 rupees for the days 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 of the month October 2020. There was a 100% refund offer for the booking.
Later I cancelled the booking on 3rd August 2020, and I was promised the refund. Screenshot attached. The refund has not got initiated until today. Request immediate attention.
Zoomcar being a market leader in the rental services, please make sure that you are committed to the customers.
Eagerly looking for the response from your side. I have contacting the customer care over the phone and Mr. Krishnan, who is the marketing head at Kerala. It's been really painful to see no response from any of these sources at zoomcar.
