I have made a booking with zoomcar for car rental on 24th January 2021 with booking ID JPS6NNI67 but unfortunately they cancelled my trip and amount of Rs 10627 is due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 8th April 2021. The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response for he emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers.

So, would like to know that it has been processed in which account because i haven't received any refund yet (15 April) in my bank account.
Please let me know that when will i get pending refund in my bank account.

We did check on the concern raised and we see that the refund has been successfully processed through the Cashfree link which was shared with your registered number on 06/05/21. Please check with your respective bank for confirmation.
