[Resolved]  Zoomcar — Verification pending after the car is delivered at the location

Hello,

I had booked a car yesterday with the registered mobile number - [protected]. The car is at the location but I'm unable to unlock the car and the trip time started from 9:30A.M. No one is answering the helpline number - [protected]. Please look into the matter and provide the resolution as soon as possible. Because of your service our plan is getting delayed. The car is booked and at the location but in app it's showing profile verification pending. What kind of service is this. You charge the money from 9:30A.M. and now it's 10:04A.M. and I'm unable to unlock the car still. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
