I have wrote this mail to inform you that i can't activate hellotune service on my no and there is no response from your service centre or call centre.. I have visited soo many times but still there is no solution for it. Everyone was just giving explanations and arguments no such solution is provided by them so what is the solution of it???
I want and otherwise i will close this number.....

I have requested for shifting the airtel bb and it is almost 3 rd week and not getting any response. While taking the shifting the confirmed that the connection is available in the new area. The second day after my request, they told they come for shifting. But after that there is no response.

We are using airtel postpaid number vide [protected]. Everymonth bill payment is being made through cheque towards bharathi airtel ltd., but it is noticed that in the present bill demand, previous balance is shown as pending for the month of january. I have two airtel digital tv connection at my home under my cust id [protected]. I recharge on 12/6/17 at 10-11am using paytm but not recharge at the time shown only dealers down. Then i recharges out side. But evening 6.40 pm message came your number was recharge. But i recharges already. Then i called to customer care and conformed as u recharge agin. By your mistake double time recharged. So please refund to my money rs.199/....

In last few days i have seen deductions on sms which i m not aware of.. Even now as soon as i switched my phone i saw a deduction of rs 10 for 2 sms which i did not send..
