Unreliable net services

Self-styled 'mobile behemoth', apparently, has a lot to learn from other smaller players in the field. Pay a visit to their website and you will understand why. All data about your calls, messages, etc. in 'My Airtel' are old and outdated. For instance, check the 'last five transactions', you will find that it is at least two days old!...

From Airtel I had broadband connection, From the day broadband was installed there were continous outages, for this reason I asked them to close the connection, they promised to improve on the same and I paid them two month bill.

Power not activated

For last few months Airtel has been doing Fraud with Customers If you online recharge your mobile for 300MB, it shows that you get a validity of 30 days but they are only giving a validity of 21 days. All the customers who have been recharging online, do not know about this and their validity expires in 21 days. Poor communication service

i lodged a complain to fraud management but eventually got thru to a customer agent who felt my complain was funny and began laughing despite the fact that airtel does not notify its customer on unsubscribed messages fee. this i must say is a poor gimmick to extort money from customers and to top it up, the customer agent on line laughs to show how unserious the organization is. this is poor i must say. thanks....
