I remember my screen number and seat number precisely where I lost my key and wallet... When we were searching for them after the movie, the cleaning staff came to offer help and drove us away from the spot of search... Now the people are not co-operating and not showing the cctv footage... They are just saying us to submit our contact details and go... How can we go without the car key?? They should co-operate and show us the cctv footage...

I have booked for Yaani movie Tamil on 10/07/2022 3:15 PM(Seat number F5, F6, F7&F8), but my booking got canceled and there is no intimation and there is no refund yet.
When I reached theater i was very much disappointed and my time and travel expenses are completely waste.
When I reach booking counter only I came to know it was canceled.

Thor: love and thunder (hindi 3d) (u/a) inox metro 3:30 pm show. Inox metro jawaharlal nehru road kolkata. Horrible quality of 3d glass and give a head bursting headache. I intentionally tried to open the 3d glass and then i could see clear. During the fight scene colour and everything is unclear. Very disappointed....

It was such a horrible experience. I visited Inox Sunny Trade Center, Jaipur on July 10, 2022. It was a 3D movie and everything was blurry. There were two huge grayish lines at the top and bottom of the screen which was extremely annoying. The speakers were not working properly and it seemed like we were watching the movie on a television from early 2000s.

As if this wasn’t enough, during the movie there were several droplets...

I recently watched Thor-Love and Thunder at INOX: Vaibhav Amarapali Circle Jaipur with my 5 friends.
Half of the seats were worn out and had a bad seating arrangement even the gaps between the seats were not as usual as it has to be.
It was the worst experience watching even after playing a very high cost for royal box seat.
Also the quality of large tub popcorn was not good And the cold drinks that was served tastes...

Everything shown was out of focus and was missing clarity. I guess it might be the issue in placing the projector properly. I had taken 3 tickets for the movie and none o[censored]s could enjoy the movie because of this issue. But the sound quality in the theatre was much appreciable....

I have faced this at Inox at CROWN INTERIORS FARIDABAD .

the ticket booking person said it is compulsory to buy a popcorn and coke combo if you want to buy a ticket ...
So its not done ..
why is it compulsory
do you want me not to watch any movie at your cinema ......

I had visited inox after 3 yrs
Amount of 220 had been debited but ticket not issued. Further I asked for cash payment but staff was not ready for the same. Movie had started and they were just arguing for their defence and telling that it was not their mistake.
Moreover senior staff mr. Ram was not able to understand the issue. Inox bhopal had spoiled my family time and my mood for outing also. I don't know my amount debited...

Went for Top Gun on 4th of July at 10.30pm at Inorbit INOX. I am a filmmaker and specifically wanted to enjoy the screenX cinema. Initially two of the side projectors weren't working. After some time one started working. During the interval, my brother went and told the staff that the front left projector wasn't on. So after the interval, the side projectors were having random graph images being projected! During the movie?!? There was also...

Hi INOX today i have recorded worst video of your staff for misbehaving and arguing with the customers. And after wasting of 40 minutes of my sunday i missed my show with my entire family and this folks were busy in arguing and making fun of the other customers. If these guys won't get replaced asap, then i m gonna tweey this entire incident on twitter and social media to bycott INOX for misbehaving with their customers....

Me jugjugjiyo movie dekhne gaya tha screen 1 inox nadiad me aur mene recline wali ticket kharidi thi 190rs ki but jab me thodi v recline karta tha to movie screen ka niche ka part ni dikhta tha aage me seat ki vajah se pls fix this issue as soon as possible...

We regret to complain that inox theatre at bilaspur 36 mall are forcefully compulsing the customers to buy combo along with movie tickets which the customers do not want to buy because combo are additional expenses for the customers and without combo they are not selling tickets and stating that it is our policy. kindly attend the complaint as soon as possible and take necessary actions or we will forward the complain to consumer forum because...

Hi, last week I booked 5 tickets for veetla visesam movie using book my show. When I enter theater they stopped me for not taking ticket for a baby who is 3 yrs 5 months old. I believe the policy says above 3yrs which means 4yrs. I didn’t want to take ticket for the baby but requested refund. The manage didn’t honor refund or didn’t give the direction to get refund . Instead I had to get a ticket for the baby and put her on lap....

Very very dirty seats, no cleaning, garbage all over. Disgusting 3D glasses!!

Hi I visited inox insignia recliner seating in C21 mall, Indore today and I bought the tickets at the counter. The ticket provider lady asked us if we want to add any food and drinks with the tickets and we agreed upon 2 drinks and 1 medium popcorn. When we entered the theatre we also ordered bunch of food like fries and loaded nachos.
Even after we ate the fries and nachos, our popcorn and drink didn’t arrive. Upon asking the server...

Why dont you allow to go outside during movie interval? And come back after interval in Reliance mall in Salem, Tamilnadu....

Almost 2 week not casted 777 Charlie in Hindi in vizag.
Again n again same complaint i cannot make.
Atleast one Hindi show can be casted by till now it's only in telgu, today also no show in Hindi.
Is Inox in south means telgu movie theater
If not kindly rectify it
Glad last complaint action was taken bt again started doing same thing after 3 month. Kindly rectify it doesn't suits for Inox image....
