booking, over a period of more than 25 days... I ordered for a abovementioned refrigerator through an Application form (No. 1110894) to your canvasser (Salesman code:890, Territory:G. K. ) who came at my home on 28/09/08. I handedover a cheque of Rs. 16949/-(Chq. No. 800763 of 28/09/08 Allahabad Bank, Kalyani Extn. Counter) to your Salesman for delivaring the Refrigerator on 30/09/08 which was mentioned on Application Form... I went to the samara Hyundai Servicing centre at G. T. Karnal Road near Gola Banquet for regular servicing of my car with full A/C on, because it was quite humid today. Servicing & some other small complaints were taken care of Car was handed over to me after I paid a bill of Rs 7299 . I started my car & drove out with my car A/c on but after about 500meters of drive I realised that I am still sweating more despite my care air conditining knob on, Immediately I made an U-turn & reached the manager to complain about my A/C they checksd & said that there is no gas left in the chamber, they have damaged my car A/C during servicing because of their carelessness... i have been using. due to some fault the handset got unusable. i purchased a new handset on 3o oct 08. i was told that my account is not update in records. till date 05 oct 08. my old number is not activated in my new handset.

LG customer care center does not care for customers.
You ask for service center number they rudely tell you contact care numbers. You ring up these numbers and are put on hold for 20 minutes and thereafter line gets disconnected. They take AMC but don't bother. Why cant they have system of registering complaints of AMC on line and attending...
