        With reference to your complaint received enquiring about redeem processing, please be informed that the redeem request will be approved and processed immediately to your Bank account.

        Please note, whenever you place a redeem request, the redeem will go under scan (Automated checks) and will be processed immediately, if there is no unusual gameplay activity is identified.

        Once the redeem is approved from our end, an automated SMS notification will be sent to your registered mobile number.Also, no redeem is pending in your account now, however if the same is processed already then we request you to check your latest Bank statement.

            At the outset, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

            Referring to your query, we understand that you have made a purchase of Rs 10000/- towards Ace2three and the amount was debited from your bank account but not added to Ace2three account real chips.

            The amount which is debited from your bank account and not added to your real chips would be added to your Ace2Three account real chips within 3 hours (or) refunded back to your bank account from which you have made the purchase within 7-10 working days.

            As you have not received the amount even after 7 working days, please do get back to us with the bank transaction statement from date of purchase to till date. So that we can check and assist you further.

                  Please check your bank account statement for the same and get back to us.

                  Please note that whenever you place a redeem request, your redeem will go under scan (Automated checks) and will be processed immediately, if there is no unusual gameplay activity is identified.

                    Referring to your query, we understand that your concern is in regards to your transaction.

                    Having checked your account, we see that you have tried to make purchase of Rs.500 on 28/May/2021 but unfortunately it was unsuccessful.

                    Please be notified that if the amount is not credited to Ace2Three within 3 to 4 hours then it would be added to your bank account with in 7 to 10 working days.If the amount is not credited to your Ace2Three account and also to your Bank Account after 10 working days, we request you to share the complete bank statement from the day of transaction to 10th working day, so that we could check and assist you accordingly.

                    Please be noted that when amount is not added to your Ace2Three Account that means the amount is stuck with bank or payment gateway for some network issue.

                    Note:Due to network fluctuation you might face this type of issue so we suggest you to please check your network connection and try to initiate purchase when your network is strong.

                              Account disabled

                              I'm using Ace2three from past one year recently my account got disabled without any reason. When I contacted them they sent me a mail stating your account permanently disabled due to unfair game play.
                              I did not played any unfair game, regularly I'm making deposit and withdrawal only j don't know why they disabled my account I have cash in my account. Kindly look into the matter and please reactivate my account....

                              My account with username - “ramsur97” is been disabled without any reason notified. I have deposited so much of amount into this account and now it’s not accessible. Please refund my money atleast if you are not enabling my account again. That money is very important for me. Please do the needful.
